Shipments are made throughout Italy (including Sicily and Sardinia) by express courier.

Italy (excluding remote locations*) at a cost of €3.90 and FREE for orders over €39.90 net of discounts;

Shipping cost: €3.90. Free for orders over €39.90.

Shipping times: 24 hours (for products in stock).

Delivery times: 24/48 hours (islands and remote locations 48-72 hours).

We reserve the right to request further supplements on the shipping cost for deliveries to the following disadvantaged locations (even on orders already received/paid):
Minor islands, Venice Lagoon, Olbia Tempio, La Maddalena or particularly difficult to reach locations.



FAQ

When will I receive my order?

On average, delivery times are central/north in 24 hours, south/islands and remote areas in 48 hours from the time the package is handed over to the courier.

We recommend that you choose an address where there is someone available to receive the order at these times. If you want to receive your order at the office or at a concierge, make sure you also indicate your name on the bell.

We will provide you with a tracking number to follow the order in real time.



How can I track my order?

You will receive an email from us containing the link to find out the status of your shipment.



What happens if I'm not at home when the courier passes?

If there is no one at the delivery, the courier will leave a notice with the information necessary to contact them. After 2 delivery attempts, the order will be deposited in the nearest postal warehouse and you will be contacted to arrange a further attempt.
If you do not respond to Customer Service, after a further three days the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will automatically be requested for you *EXCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS (OUTPUT/RETURN).
