Shipping is available all across Italy (Sicily and Sardinia included) through express delivery.

To the cost of 2,90€ in Italy (excluding remote locations ) and FREE for orders above 29€ net of discounts;

Type of shipping:  Bartolini express delivery (DPD Group)

“Standard” shipping  cost:  2,90€. Free for orders above 29€.

Shipping time: 24 hours (for products in stock)

Delivery time: 24/48 hours (for islands and remote areas 48-72 hours).

International shipment is available for the following countries (the cost is automatically calculated during the check-out):

France, Netherlands, Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Germany, Switzerland, Slovenia, Spain, Bulgaria, Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, Luxemburg, Denmark, Portugal, Greece, Slovakia, Romania, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Ireland, Great Britain, United Arab Emirates

Estimated shipping times indicate when the order is to be sent for shipment from our storehouse. Estimated delivery times indicate when the order is to reach your address once shipped. All estimated periods are calculated in business days.

We might reserve the right to charge for additional supplement for shipment to the following  disadvantaged places ( even for orders already received/settled): 

Small islands, Venice Lagoon,  Olbia Tempio, La Maddalena or particularly difficult areas to reach.


Frequently Asked Questions:

When will I receive my order?

The average shipping period is 24h from assignment of parcel for deliveries to central and northern Italy and 48h from assignment of parcel for southern Italy/islands and remote areas.

We advise you to choose an address in which a person is available to receive the order in such periods. If you wish to receive the order at the office or at reception, please ensure to indicate the label on the doorbell.

We will provide you with a Tracking Number to follow the order in real time.


How can I track my number?

You will receive an email from us containing the link to know the status of your shipment.

What happens if I am not home when the courier arrives?

If no one is present during the drop-off, the courier will leave a notification with the necessary information to contact them. After 2 following attempts, the order will be left at the closest BRT storehouse and you will be contacted by our Customer Service to schedule a further tentative.

In case you do not answer our Customer Service, after 3 days the order will be sent back to our storehouse and refunding will automatically be forwarded   *EXCLUDING COST OF SHIPMENT (ROUNDTRIP)
